Dine primære opgaver

About your role

Employee advocate: Be the first point of contact for our employees, guiding them through their journey with us, from recruitment to departure.
Strategic partner: Collaborate with managers to provide coaching and support on all HR issues, including change processes.
Project leader: Take an active role in both local and international HR projects, enhancing and standardizing our HR processes.
Operational manager: Oversee talent, performance, and remuneration processes, recruiting, audits, and ensure a positive work environment, including canteen management.
HR Leader: Lead the HR team, participate in the management team, and be part of our global HR network. Report directly to one of our three management board members.

Din profil

Your qualifications and experience

Being tech savvy, you are proficient in O365, experienced with personnel management systems (Workday preferred). You have a degree and several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar operational HR role. Experience with unions and labor law is essential.

You’re a people person that leads the way with strong commitment, impressive communication, and intercultural skills, in both written and spoken Danish and English. Lastly you enjoy working with a dedicated team focusing on our combined strengths.
